Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes what you may and may not do when using the Aplica website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It is designed to keep Aplica safe, trustworthy, and effective for all Users.

This AUP is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to comply with this Policy.

This Policy applies to everyone who accesses or uses the Services, including free and premium Users, and to all content, applications, and activity generated through your account.

You may use the Services to support your own genuine job search, including to build resumes and cover letters, discover and match with jobs, apply for roles, and track your applications.

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile, resume, or applications.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or affiliation.
• Use the Services to apply for jobs on behalf of another person without authorization.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services using automated tools not provided by Aplica.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any code designed to harm or compromise the Services.
• Use the Services for any unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive purpose.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services without our written consent.

All content you upload or generate through the Services must:

• Be accurate and not misleading.
• Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others.
• Be free of unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory material.
• Comply with all applicable laws and the requirements of any connected job board.

Auto Apply is designed to save you time while keeping you in control. You are responsible for the preferences you configure and the applications submitted on your behalf. You agree to use Auto Apply only for roles you are genuinely interested in and qualified to pursue, and not to submit spam or bulk irrelevant applications.

You must not attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Services, breach security or authentication measures, or otherwise undermine the integrity or performance of the platform.

We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, limiting features, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting activity to law enforcement where required.

If you become aware of any misuse of the Services or a violation of this Policy, please report it to us at support@aplica.ca.

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
