These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aplica website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Aplica ("Aplica," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the Services.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using Aplica, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may request deletion of your account at any time. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Aplica grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial job search. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

Aplica offers a free plan with core features and premium plans that unlock advanced AI tools and automation. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• You can cancel at any time; premium features remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
• You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
• Prices and available payment methods may vary by country.

Where you enable Auto Apply, you authorize Aplica to prepare and submit applications on your behalf based on the preferences and filters you set. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile and documents.

Aplica helps improve and streamline your applications but does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers.

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including your resume, cover letters, and profile information. You grant Aplica a limited license to use, process, and display this content solely to provide the Services to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is accurate and does not violate the rights of any third party.

The Services, including all software, design, text, and branding, are owned by Aplica and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

The Services may integrate with third-party job boards, payment processors, and other platforms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will result in any particular outcome, including employment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aplica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
